Keeping your carpets clean in your home is almost a full time job with children, a messy spouse, and pets. Keeping stains from setting in, and the prevention of mold, and mildew growing underneath your carpeting requires an experienced Spring Texas carpet cleaning company.
Be careful when calling on prospective service providers, and do not make price your number one concern. Not all but a few service companies take advantage of “bargain shoppers”, by giving them a lowball quote to get the client excited enough to invite the carpet cleaning company out to their home. The result is usually gouging upon arrival, and that person looking for the lowest price will pay more than double the average rate when all is said and done.
Also avoid any company that advertises a whole house for ridiculous prices, like five rooms and a hallway for $29.95. It costs that much in fuel to take their equipment to and from your home, and a bait and switch tactic will always be used to increase the prices dramatically. Figure at a minimum that it will cost between twenty-six and thirty dollars per room for a professional carpet cleaner to come out and provide the service. That is not counting any stains or furniture moving, as that will always be an extra charge.
Before hiring any service company that comes out to your residence be sure and do a thorough online check for any bad reviews, or signs that their employees might be problematic. Ask to speak to the owner, and get assurances that they are properly insured, bonded, and run criminal background checks on all employees.
